This is a downloadable Gratuity Calculator. To be eligible for gratuity the employee should complete a minimum of five years of services with the same employer. But in case of death of an employee or permanent disablement, the clause of five years of employment is waived off and the gratuity becomes payable regardless of duration of five years of services. You are required to make changes in the yellow cells as per your requirement.
